We built our house with Lee Builders in 2002 and we can't say enough good things about our experience. We stayed in New York while our house was being built and I must say that we initially had some misgivings about trying to build while not being on site:  all of our concerns were put aside by the outstanding communication and forethought by Cly Antonakos (Lee Builders Construction Superintendent).  Clay anticipated our every question and called us with information before we had a chance to contact him...a very perceptive and customer oriented person.
 
The quality of the house exceeded our expectations and Clay made some decisions, in our behalf, that were better than we could have made on our own.  His experience and insight was outstanding.
 
We have been very happy with the entire experience and love our new life here in Savannah Lakes.  The friendship and caring that occurs between all of the Lee Builders/Bill Boyd Realty family is a very good support system for all things that you would need in starting a new life in a new community.  We have made some very good friends within the Lee Builders community and the ongoing experience has proven to be invaluable. It was love at first sight when we saw the Barritt's home under construction.  We knew then that we had found "THE BUILDER".  We were impressed with everythng from the quality of construction down to the finishing touches.  It was our lucky day.  Now we've seen our own plans materialize into a lovely home.  We're happy for the opportunity to tell everyone of our good experience.  Lee Builders came through for us, too.
