- " Having never designed
or built a new home, this was an experience that had us both
excited and apprehensive. Selecting a builder that would provide
us with a quality built home was our most important consideration.
Also construction had to be completed while we were still working
in Indiana. We toured many homes that were completed and some
that were under construction. We also talked to many couples
living in the Village. Homes built by Lee Builders clearly were
far above any others in quality, construction and attention to
details. In discussions with many homeowners who chose Lee Builders,
they couldn't say enough about how satisfied they were. For us
the choice was very simple. We would be doing business with Lee
Builders. Construction was started on our new home in early April
2001. We planned on making four trips from Indianapolis to check
on the progress and make any necessary changes to our original
blueprints. Clay and Bill conferred with us on the average of
four times a week. They made suggestions such as moving the golf
cart garage to the side of our home rather than off the back.
All the changes we made turned out great. All the employees of
Lee Builders displayed a great deal of professionalism and pride
in their building of the finest homes in Savannah Lakes Village.
We were given a guaranteed construction completion date of November,
2001. This was very important to us and the home was ready as
promised. We are very proud to be members of the Lee Builders
"Family" and are thoroughly pleased with our new home
located on the 16th hole of the Monticello golf course."

- "To build or not to build
that was the question. My husband and I had always dreamed
of designing and building a home. That dream faded when
my husband died; that is until I bought a lot in Savannah Lakes
Village. After talking to owners in the village who built
their houses, I soon discovered that Bill Boyd Realty and Lee
Builders had the most satisfied customers. With the help
of Bill and Clay I designed and built my home. The workmanship
and details in my house have elicited many favorable comments.
Bill, Clay, and Floyd continue to be available to answer questions
and take care of small details overlooked during construction."

- Janet and I would like to acknowledge
and thank everyone involved in helping us put together our beautiful
home on the 13th hole at Tara. Michael, Bill, Clay, Floyd,
Courtney, Nancy, Hattie and everyone at Lee Builders for making
our 2002 building experience an enjoyable one. Previous
experiences haven't always been nearly as enjoyable. The
process started when Michael included us in several weekly Lee
builders dinners when we visited. He also directed janet
and friend Sharon to look at many Lee Built homes where everyone
we met spoke well of their own building experiences and specifically
with Clay's handling of the process. From the start in
late 2001 to ging over the plans early in 2002 refining the details
they worked aggressively with us to create our dream home.
I need to highlight expecially Clay's detailed drawing of the
rear elevation where he and Bill assured us that it was what
we had requested and wanted. (Ihave framed that drawing)
Since early February when the lot was cleared through the current
completed state we put our complete trust into their hands.
We remained in Michigan and made only a minimal number of actual
visits. They handled that trust without a hitch and through
both Michael and Clay's continual contact we were provided with
valuable pictures and informational updates. Floyd's ideas
and assistance (master bath, driveway, etc.) were greatly appreciated.
We are certainly happy to be member os the Lee Builders/Bill
Boy Realty "Family". Again thanks for making
the entire process an enjoyable one. We can't wait to get
to 206 Links Court on a permanent basis.

- Building new for the first time
can be concerning enough, doing so from out-of-state before moving
to SLV even more so after hearing of several unpleasant construction
situations and lack of follow-up. Cost is always a main
issue and most builders are competitive, the best "value
package" was ours. Faith in a builder to do quality
work with attention to details is most important and all our
concerns were addressed and resolved to our satisfaction.
In fact, the entire Bill Boyd/Lee Builder team made our experience
quite pleasant. The post construction, on-going neighbor/extended
family attitude made the decision regret free. We thought
we had settled on our choice before giving the Boyd/Lee team
a look. Would suggest anyone do the same and still hear
