Building a new home 800 miles from our first home in Michigan was a very complicated undertaking.  It had been over 35 years since we purchased a new home, which was in a subdivision, built with mostly limited simple choices.  Finding Bill Boyd and Lee Builders was just what we needed.  They were very honest and helpful during the entire process.  We supplied the basic type of home with some floor plans and they worked around them with many improvement suggestions.  We were going to be in Michigan for the entire building process.  We made only three visits during construction.  Several changes were made during these visits with no probelms and when we finally arrived to take ownership, our home was everything we had expected and more.  We had not been here for three months, and what a pleasant and happy surprise.   If you are looking for a pleasant building experience, look at Lee Builders as you builder.
