- "When they opened the course
at Monticello,
I met a friendly, pleasant fellow.
- While standing there upon the
tee,
I learned he was a builder - Tommy Lee.
We talked to Lee and other builders - showed them our plan.
When all was said and done, Lee was our man.
Tommy walked us around and surveyed our lot,
and determined our plan would look nice built on this spot.
They say that building can be a mess,
one we were not looking forward to, I must confess,
But it turned out not to be much of a fuss,
when we turned it all over to Clay Antonakos.
Suggestions and ideas from Bill Boyd -
became a reality with assistance from Floyd
Building our dream house in SLV was much easier with the help
of Nancy and Courtney.
Our retirement home has become a reality; comfortable, pretty,
built with quality.
So we sit in our abode and raise a glass of wine,
to toast the builders who completed it on time.
We thank Lee Builders for all their effort,
as we relax and enjoy our home in comfort.
You have helped make our dream come true.
It was very much a pleasure working with you."

- Helen and I have always felt
that our guardian angels were looking out for us when we found
his heavenly community of Savannah Lakes Village and more so
when Cooper tried to dissuade us from building our chosen design
by upgrading to a larger but dissimilar design. Boyd Realty and
Lee Builders came to the rescue and constructed our dream home.
Clay Antonakis, the construction supervisor. was pleasant and
kept all the agreements and promises that were made.In fact,
although we were in Michigan 90% of the build time, Clay kept
in constant touch by phone and kept us apprised of progress or
construction problems.We were extremely pleased with the quality
of final product.

Note December
2007 - Clay: We both want to thank you so very much
for the wonderful dinner and evening Wednesday night. The Lee
Builders family has certainly grown over the last 10 years, you and
Tommy should be proud of what you have accomplished. We also
would like to express our appreciation for the fantastic
Builder/Client/Friend relationship, there has not been a time in the
past 10 years when a phone call to your offices with anything from a
question to a problem was not taken care of promptly and efficiently,
our thanks also to your staff (Ann and Betty are so GREAT to work
with). My only regret is that I didnot get a chance to thank you
personally on Wednesday evening. Merry Christmas to you and
your staff, and again thank you all for
being there for us, it IS much appreciated.

- With the construction of our
new home completed, we'd both like to thank you from the bottom
of our hearts for the awesome experience. Working with
you and all of your highly skilled workmen has been an absolute
delight and pleasure. We could not be more pleased with
our beautiful new home. This was a first for us and we
can honestly say it was so darn much fun that we almost hated
