- In the Fall of 1997, Lee Builders
began building custom and model homes in Savannah Lakes Village.
In an effort to become an integral part of SLV, Tommy and Lou
Lee and a few friends began eating at the Tara Golf Club every
Wednesday evening.

- Eventually current and prospective
clients were asked to join in. What started out as a small group
getting together for dinner once a week has evolved into a weekly
gathering of 50 to 75 people. The amazing thing is we still get
together every Wednesday evening, except holidays, and the group
just keeps growing. Due to the size of the group, we meet at
local restaurants that can provide us with a buffet. During the
warmer months we will occasionally do pot luck dinners at the
Baker Creek State Park Pavilion.
