Savannah Lakes Village is a very unique community located on South Carolina's scenic "Freshwater Coast" Lake Thurmond. It's near historic McCormick, SC. The area boasts a beautiful wooded landscape, clean air and water, interesting history, temperate climate, friendly neighbors, smiling faces, very little traffic, and one of the largest man-made lakes in the region.

Savannah Lakes Village is bordered by Lake Thurmond, Hickory Knob State Park, Baker Creek State Park, and the Sumter National Forest. There are also two other state parks in the immediate area. Elijah State Park borders the west bank of Lake Thurmond in Lincolnton, GA and Hamilton Branch State Park is just south of our Village in McCormick County.
 
In addition to all Savannah Lakes Village has to offer, it is less than three hours from Charleston and the ocean, less than three hours from Asheville, NC and the mountains, just two hours from Atlanta, and just 45 minutes from Augusta and the Masters.
